Responsibilities
1. Organize early quality planning for new products, develop quality requirements and goals for each R&D stage, output quality plans and confirm the completion status of quality plans;
2. Organize DFMEA activities;
3. Promote R&D activities and output technical documents during the product development process;
4. Participate in product development, and supervise and inspect whether all necessary R&D processes are effectively executed;
5. Participate in product design, review, verification and confirmation, optimize milestone deliverables, perform delivery reviews and control quality risks;
6. Organize and coordinate the resolution of quality issues in new products, perform relevant collection and analysis and summarize experiences and lessons;
7. Regularly analyze and study the quality and stability of products based on daily quality data;
8. Participate in the review of R&D projects, lead the project review to apply experience and lessons in the processes and take preventive measures early;
9. Cooperatively optimize the product development process and manage quality and cost objectives of the products;
10. Take charge of quality traceability, quality tool and methodology training.
Requirements
1. 5-7 years of experience in R&D quality management, with a bachelor's degree or above;
2. Experience in R&D quality management in the automotive or robotics industry;
3. Familiar with PLM or IPD systems, and with project management knowledge and methods;
4. Familiar with quality management tools and methods, such as QFD, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, 6Sigma, etc.;
5. Familiar with quality management standards, such as ISO9001, VDA, IATF16949, etc.;
