The Gao Qian mouse blood collection instrument is based on five precise peristaltic pumps, which efficiently control the delivery of fluid, and with coaxial sensors, it can better ensure that pure blood samples are collected. The one-piece low-temperature step-by-step collector design increases the stability of sample preservation.
The GaoQ ABS-3 instrument has a built-in refrigerated sample compartment, and fresh blood is collected directly into the sample vial in the refrigerated sample compartment, which is convenient for long-term storage of blood samples. The cabin contains 12 vials for more testing needs. Accurate blood collection and low loss, suitable for test animals of all sizes. The instrument can operate stably for a long time, and its microcomputer control system has comprehensive functions, which is convenient for data collection, archiving, retrieval and output. Coaxial in-line sensor
Fluid impedance is measured to distinguish between pure blood, saline, and mixed diluted blood. Accurate and in-line readings ensure that pure blood samples are collected.

Diluted blood samples at the front end of storage are stored and then replenished back into animals, with only 2-4 μl discarded from 40 - 80 μl of sample.

Blood collection software
Programmable sampling time, volume, sampling rate and other experimental parameters can be changed. It can be set individually or applied to each blood collection device.
A single computer can monitor up to 12 lancing devices simultaneously. The main screen can display the usage parameters of each machine in real time, including sampling, collection, machine status (operating parameters), temperature of the collector and reading of the sensor.

1. Pure blood sample
The coaxial sensor is set on the fluid channel to identify pure blood and confirm that pure blood is accurately collected within the programmed time.
2. Direct path
Peristaltic pumps have several characteristics that are better than syringe pumps: (1) Short path, the most direct path reduces blood dilution and mixing, and less blood is wasted. (2) The cycle time of sampling is short. (3) By changing the size of the peristaltic pipeline, the sampling volume is not limited.
3. Good applicability
You can choose low leakage or standard mode operation, and you can replace the blood collection catheter and peristaltic tube group by yourself, all of which can be routinely calibrated. It can be used for blood sampling of a wide range of animal species, from mice and rats to large animals.
The minimum blood collection volume is 10 μL, and there is almost no blood waste, so the most complete PK study data can be obtained from a single mouse.
